ATTRACTIONS IN THE AREA:
NARROW-GAUGE SEASIDE RAILWAY – a historic means of transportation between well-known seaside resorts. It is one of only 3 active narrow-gauge railways in Poland, operating on tracks with a gauge of 1000 mm. It runs on two routes: Gryfice-Pogorzelica (39.4 km) and Trzęsacz-Pogorzelica (9.9 km).
WHALE PARK – a combination of fun and learning about the sea, enriched with large exhibits of marine animals. The park is located in Rewal, 4.0 km from Pustkowo.
CYCLING ROUTES
Pustkowo is among several Polish towns located on the Seaside Cycling Route, part of the EuroVelo10 project.
In the Footsteps of Architectural Monuments – red route, approximately 9 km long. Trzęsacz – Pustkowo – Pobierowo.
Western Connector Trail – black route, about 3 km long. Pustkowo – Pobierowo.
HIKING TRAILS
Lighthouse Trail – a thematic hiking trail that perfectly fits into the seaside landscape. It leads from Świnoujście to Krynica Morska, passing through 15 historic lighthouses. Despite being designated as a cultural hiking trail, it is most often traversed by tourists on bicycles ☺.
Seaside Trail named after Czesław Piskorski – part of the international hiking trail marked with the symbol E9, running from Estonia to Portugal. The section is available to cyclists and Nordic walking enthusiasts.
TRZĘSACZ – 1.5 km from Pustkowo, including:
/Ruins of the Church in Trzęsacz - a wall of a Gothic church from the 13th century preserved on the cliff.
/Multimedia Museum on the Cliff – multimedia presentations related to the areas of the Rewal commune, transporting visitors to a magical world of fairy tales combined with learning.
/Viewing Platform – a terrace overlooking the sea.
/Quads – a secured track for quad biking, also suitable for children.
/Paragliding – The offer includes tandem or solo paragliding flights.
POBIEROWO – 3.4 km from Pustkowo, including:
/Parrot House - a wonderful world of the most colorful birds in the world.
/Magic House – a house on the roof, a real challenge for perception and the vestibular system.
/Eye of Illusion – rooms where the phenomenon of optical illusion is used.
/Rope Park - equipped with 58 obstacles and 64 platforms.
/Skatepark - a perfect maneuvering area for rollerbladers, skateboarders, BMX riders.
TENNIS COURTS
Pustkowo is known for tennis. Every year, amateur tennis tournaments are held here. Tennis enthusiasts can practice their skills at publicly accessible sports facilities. Tennis training is available from scratch.
BALTIC CROSS OF HOPE in Pustkowo – is a faithful, albeit slightly larger, copy of the cross set on Giewont in the Tatra Mountains. Since 2009, a motorcycle pilgrimage to Zakopane departs directly from this place. The pilgrimage "From Cross to Cross" attracts dozens of motorcycle enthusiasts every year.
BEACH
The icon of Pustkowo is a sandy, wide beach with picturesque cliffy coastline covered with pine trees. It has been awarded the eco-certificate "Blue Flag," which is granted exclusively to the cleanest and safest parts of the Baltic coast. The length of the guarded beach in Pustkowo is 200 m.
